Due to the personalized nature of document processing and the costs associated with expedited government filings, all sales are considered final once processing begins.

However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the following refund terms:

Eligibility for Refund:

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if you cancel your request before the document has been submitted to the state, consulate, or agency.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Whether the document has been notarized or processed

  • Whether courier service has been dispatched

  • Time of cancellation in relation to service start

Non-Refundable Situations:
  • If the apostille or authentication process has already started

  • If your document is rejected due to client-provided errors (e.g., incorrect info, wrong document type)

  • Rush or expedited service fees (once initiated)

  • Government or third-party fees already incurred

    Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order by contacting us at 214-605-7136 as soon as possible. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and will be honored only if services have not yet begun.

For mobile notary or courier appointments, cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
